[Customer Support] You need to create a specific account !

Greetings,

Since we have changed the customer support management tool, (June 2010), you need to create a specific account to access the customer support.
Your game and forum accounts will not give you access to it.
You can register an account to the customer support here : http://support.runesofmagic.com/app/util…e_account/sno/0

Pay attention, you will have to use the same email address for this account than for your game account.
