[EU] Technical issues November 15th - Unplanned Server Maintenance

Dear players,

as you have already noticed there were technical issues regarding logging in into the game and the usage of certain game functions earlier.

To solve these problems it was required to completely restart the game servers - they were shut down and should be back up by now.

The issues were caused by database problems, therefore it is possible that some of you will encounter game progression rollbacks from the last ~50 minutes before the restart happened once you're logging back into the game.

In case of lost items and similar problems caused by rollback issues, please contact Support .
